Catriona has over 15 years of experience in advising clients in relation to company and business acquisitions, public and private fundraising, due diligence investigations, corporate re-organisations, company secretarial and corporate governance matters, commercial litigation and general company law, as well as commercial contracting to companies of all sizes.
Catriona has extensive experience in providing legal advice in relation to the duties of Directors and Officers as well as the organisation and conduct of directors' and shareholders' meetings of listed and unlisted companies.
Catriona has a variety of clients in a wide range of industries including insurance, mining, transport and sporting organisations.
