our graduate program
You will benefit from four rotations throughout the year; mentoring and feedback during and after each rotation; extensive in-house and external training; a high level of client work and direct client contact; access to Principals and the opportunity to work with and learn from people who have a high level of knowledge and experience; and the opportunity to work with great people in a friendly and very welcoming atmosphere who promote a true open door policy. In Victoria you will be under Supervised Workplace Training.
