• Acting on behalf of key executives within large private companies with respect to advising and negotiating suitable termination packages



• Preparing and advising in relation to contracts within numerous motor dealerships including sale & purchases, employment matters and dealing with regulatory bodies



• Advising and successfully negotiating the implementation of sub-contractor agreements for clients in the transport industry



• Acting on behalf of accounting practices with respect to employment matters, including terminations, redundancies, contracts and implementation of policies



• Acting on behalf of employer organisations in relation to equal opportunity and discrimination claims



• Advising private companies on general commercial transactions
