Since commencing his legal career as a law clerk in 2003, Jeffrey has gained a broad range of experience in a wide variety of commercial litigation and corporate advisory work.
Jeffrey was admitted as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of New South Wales in 2005. His experience includes advising a number of ASX listed companies in relation to capital raising, listing and other general corporate issues. Jeffrey also spent a year as an in-house legal counsel for a major subscription television company.
Jeffrey has also developed a strong interest in commercial litigation. While he has experience in the Local, District, Supreme and Federal Court jurisdictions, Jeffrey has recently acted for clients in the Supreme Court of New South Wales and the New South Wales Court of Appeal.
Jeffrey has a strong focus on developing client relationships by working with them to provide helpful and effective solutions to the issues they face.
He is a member of the Law Society of New South Wales
