Jessica is experienced in all aspects of employment and commercial law and has represented clients in the building and construction, road safety, motor vehicle, and general service and manufacturing industries.
Prior to joining M+K, Jessica practiced in employment and general commercial law, acting on behalf of both individuals and a variety of businesses from ASX listed corporations to small family enterprises.
Having many years' experience in all facets of business management, Jessica recognises the challenges facing business owners and is focussed on providing her clients with results-oriented, practical solutions to their legal issues.
Jessica is a barrister and solicitor of the Supreme Court of Victoria, the High Court of Australia, and a member of the Law Institute of Victoria.
