Malcolm entered legal practice after 30 years working in the chemical, automotive and steel and aluminium industries. Before becoming a Lawyer, Malcolm's career ranged from being an industrial chemist through various sales, technical and marketing roles throughout the Asia/Pacific region. In his final 6 years in industry he was an executive with a multi-national chemical company, running the business in Australia and being engaged with the company's Asian businesses and customers.
Malcolm brings extensive practical experience in all aspects of business here and in Asia, intellectual property, licensing and distribution agreements and trade practices matters. His industry background has proved invaluable when giving advice to companies grappling with the complexities of running a business both here and in Asia.
