Senior Associate

Michele is a Senior Associate at M+K,
where her primary focus is in the areas of franchising, distribution, and licensing.
She works closely with clients in a variety of market segments that
operate both nationally and internationally, on Franchising Code of Conduct compliance, structures and
documentation, franchise dispute resolution and franchisee advice.
Michele also advises on the protection of intellectual property rights, particularly trade marks, design and confidential information, and assists clients with privacy and information security issues and compliance.
Michele protects clients' businesses through security and trading documentation. She has advised and
assisted many clients, including national buying groups, to obtain security against trading, financial and
contractual exposure.
Michele is a barrister and solicitor of the Supreme Court of Victoria and a member of the Law Institute of
Victoria and the Franchising Council of Australia.
