Monica is a Senior Associate in our property law team. She has acted for landlords and tenants in retail and non-retail disputes and both vendors and purchasers in sales and acquisitions of property.
Monica advises landlords and tenants on their obligations under the law and on their leases and other property related transactions. She has acted for landlords in relation to prominent CBD property leasing arrangements, for vendors in relation to the sale of such properties and she has acted for major banks and government bodies regarding their leasing activities.
Monica is also a member of the Law Institute of Victoria.
