Wills + Estates Accredited Specialist
Naomi has practised exclusively in wills + estates since joining M+K in 2001. In 2006, she gained accreditation as a specialist in this area by the Law Institute of Victoria (LIV).
Naomi has played key roles in landmark County Court and Supreme Court estate litigation. She has also appeared in complex matters involving powers of attorney and breaches of duties by the attorney as well as other guardian and administration issues at the Victorian Civil and Administration Tribunal (VCAT).
In conjunction with M+K's business law and tax + superannuation teams, Naomi has advised on estate planning, succession planning and asset protection in relation to company structures, trusts and superannuation for large and small businesses.
Naomi is a member of the LIV and sits on the Specialisation Board. She is also a member of the Victorian Women Lawyers Association, the Wills + Estates Study Discussion Group and is a Leo Cussen Institute Instructor.
