Peter started his career at Ernst & Young as a tax advisor before deciding to pursue a career in private practice as a lawyer.

He has extensive experience in tax consulting and advises commercial clients on income tax, GST, stamp duty, capital gains tax, land tax, payroll tax and customs duty.

He also has a strong track record in successful dispute negotiations with the revenue authorities, and structuring transactions to deliver tax efficient outcomes.
Peter has worked both in major Australian and international law firms, and previously two of the world’s major accounting firms before joining M+K in July 2009.
His skill and expertise in tax law will be a major asset to M+K clients.
