Commercial Litigation
Stuart is a Senior Associate advising and conducting litigation and dispute resolution in the Federal Court and all Victorian and Interstate jurisdictions. In particular, Stuart has experience in large contractual disputes, negligence, disputes in relation to the supply of goods and partnership and shareholder disputes.
His clients are involved in a variety of industries, including:
transport and transport productionfood services- management and business consulting and recruitment
- domestic and commercial construction
- wholesale and retail manufacturers and suppliers
manufacturing
Stuart was admitted to practice in August 2003 and gained experience in Tasmania, the UK and Western Australia before joining M+K in May 2008. He is a member of the LIV litigation section.
