Industrial Relations + Employment Law
Tracey has extensive experience in employment Law. Her main practice areas include awards, industrial agreements, enterprise bargaining, employee and contractor agreements, termination and redundancy procedures.
In addition to her key practice areas Tracey also advises on contract issues, discrimination, WorkCover and OH&S. She has developed policies and codes for clients and then implemented the training of staff.
She is committed to effective client outcomes through her extensive experience in dispute resolution and litigation minimisation.
